With a fastball touching 93 mph and serious power at the plate, he committed to Mississippi State University at just 13 years old—an early testament to his potential and drive.

Quincy’s development has been shaped in part by his time with GrindTime Baseball, where he sharpened his game and embraced the discipline and mindset that set elite players apart.
