These Terms & Conditions apply to bookings, registrations, communications, payments, and participation in GrindTime Baseball Academy programs and services.

GrindTime Baseball Academy is operated by Grindtime B.A. LLC.
Services
GrindTime Baseball Academy provides baseball training and athlete development services, which may include private lessons, small-group training, GT Labs, camps, clinics, evaluations, events, scheduling support, and related services.
Scheduling, Cancellations, and Rescheduling
Families are responsible for managing scheduling, cancellation, and rescheduling requests in a timely manner. Missed sessions, late cancellations, weather-related changes, credits, makeups, and refunds may be handled based on the specific program, coach availability, facility availability, and GrindTime Baseball Academy policy.
Payments and Invoices
Invoices and payment links may be sent through Acuity Scheduling, email, text message, or other approved GrindTime Baseball Academy communication channels. Payment may be required before participation depending on the program, service, or event.
SMS/Text Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you agree to receive SMS messages from GrindTime Baseball Academy related to training inquiries, scheduling, bookings, invoice/payment links, camps, labs, events, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer support.
Message frequency may vary. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.
If you opt out of SMS messages, GrindTime Baseball Academy may still contact you through other methods where appropriate, including email, phone, Acuity Scheduling, or direct communication related to active bookings, payments, or services.
Privacy

Participation and Assumption of Risk
Baseball training involves physical activity and some inherent risk. By registering an athlete, the parent or guardian confirms that the athlete is physically able to participate and will notify GrindTime Baseball Academy of any relevant limitations, injuries, or concerns before training.
No Guarantee of Results
GrindTime Baseball Academy provides training and development support, but does not guarantee specific athletic results, team placement, playing time, scholarship opportunities, or performance outcomes.
