Private Training Sessions
Focused, coach-led private sessions designed to support long-term development. Training is individualized based on the athlete’s position, experience level, and specific goals.
60-Minute Private Session
Comprehensive instruction that allows time for teaching, feedback, and repetition. Sessions are structured to reinforce fundamentals, address specific development needs, and build confidence that carries into game performance.
90-Minute Private Session (By Coach Recommendation)
Extended training for athletes requiring deeper instruction or multi-skill focus. Ideal for advanced development, position-specific work, or seasonal preparation when additional time and structure are needed.
Session length is intentionally designed to support meaningful instruction — not rushed reps.
